In the 21st Century, A woman in Dubai, is arrested after reporting she was raped she was detained and charged with having unlawful sex, making a false statement and illegal consumption of alcohol ( per CNN report).
She was later pardoned as well as the alleged rapist (was charged with public intoxication and with having sex outside of marriage) walks free.(per CNN report)
Why am i blogging about this in the 21st Century, Countries that only recognize Women as property should NOT be allies with Countries that recognizes Women as equals.
I have lived in 2 countries that keep women as property, I have witness the brutality towards Women in these Countries.
Why in the 21st Century is this allowed to continue? Because of Religion........I am NOT against any religion that is for the love, compassion and support of humanity not for the brutality towards ANY human.
In my humble opinion, Christianity is for humanity, Religion is for control of women.
